Rain, rain, go away. Come back when the grading is all completed. The rains DID come and created lots of wash-outs, large and small, all around the property. UGH. Not a pretty picture.

Our almost annual 1st weekend of June yard sale was today.
We’re doing a thing! This Old House is for sale.
It happened so fast. After 2 weeks of crazy updates, de-cluttering, repairs, and general freshening, the open house had arrived.
There IS a pump in the basement and the floor is mostly dry.
Its really cool to see things start to arrive. Not only are the walls getting their initial coats of joint compound, but the garage is full of cabinets, HVAC parts, trim, you name it. We will ignore the flooding around the house for now. Enjoy, and if you are so inclined, check out the full…
