The foundation received its waterproofing coating today. This will keep all that nasty rainwater out of our basement. Fingers crossed.

It was time to explore the framed out rooms in our home. We wandered through the entire place, grabbing pics along the way.

Saturday May 25, Memorial Day weekend, shows a lot of progress. The entire rough grading and back-fill of the property appears to have been completed.
We arrived at the property today to find that the concrete floors had been poured in the basement and the garage.
