June 28 Rains Bring Mudslide
Rain, rain, go away. Come back when the grading is all completed. The rains DID come and created lots of wash-outs, large and small, all around the property. UGH. Not a pretty picture. Enjoy, and if you are so inclined, check out the full set of pics I grabbed today using this link to Amazon…
May 23 – Foundation Gets A Coat
The foundation received its waterproofing coating today. This will keep all that nasty rainwater out of our basement. Fingers crossed.
May 25 – Grading Taking Shape
Saturday May 25, Memorial Day weekend, shows a lot of progress. The entire rough grading and back-fill of the property appears to have been completed.
