June 22 Insulation
Today shows lots of different activities are in progress. The main water supple and drain is being connected to the house. It’s coming in right under my office. The insulation on the exterior walls and the roof is in place. Not surprising, the house is much quieter today. That’s a great thing.
The last 12 years we have lived on E Lancaster Ave in Downingtown Boro and listened to the reported 15K vehicles a day drive past the front of our house, less than 16′ from the front door.
The tub has found its place, as has the conduit for the whole house fan. The basement stairs are all framed out.
Excitement builds every day.
