Our almost annual 1st weekend of June yard sale was today. Not as big a crowd as we have seen in the past, but steady none-the-less. We were able to part with all of our larger items (old bike, armoires, holiday china dishes), and most of the smaller stuff.
We chatted up a few neighbors, saw some old friends, and made some new ones.
I do like this town and we will miss Downingtown.
Today we had the pre-dryall walk -thru with Mike, our Ryan Homes project manager.
Yeah, this is a thing for me. I am tired of cutting grass.
It was time to explore the framed out rooms in our home. We wandered through the entire place, grabbing pics along the way.
July is showing lots more progress. We are seeing the dryway being taped everywhere. The doors at on site and standing in the rooms ready to be hung. We love the style of the doors with the large panel at the top. The rains did do it’s thing on the fill around the foundation. I…
The plywood sheeting is covering the roof trusses. It really defines the lines of the house now.
