June 4 – OMG. We have walls.
OMG. We have walls.
That’s the text I sent to Carol when I visited the site today at about 1:30p. The framing was up on all the exterior walls. The trusses were in place for the roof. The insulating sheeting was up almost everywhere. This is amazing. It’s going so fast.
One of the guys working on the house said that by tomorrow afternoon the roof would be shingled!
I did need to make another stop at our new storage area to drop off the remaining Christmas decorations.
I can’t miss a day now. I’ll need to visit every day to keep up.
