Saturday May 25, Memorial Day weekend, shows a lot of progress. The entire rough grading and back-fill of the property appears to have been completed.

May 23 – Foundation Gets A Coat
The foundation received its waterproofing coating today. This will keep all that nasty rainwater out of our basement. Fingers crossed.

King of my castle – the one that Carol and I are building.

Wow! That hole in the ground now had concrete walls that will serve as the foundation of the house.

This Old House is Under Contract
It happened so fast. After 2 weeks of crazy updates, de-cluttering, repairs, and general freshening, the open house had arrived.
